| We recommend that you feed your pup Purina Pro Plan chicken & rice puppy food (regular puppy food, NOT large breed). (http://www.proplan.com/products/dryPuppyFoodProducts.html) Your pup will have been fed this prior to going home with you, and you will receive a Purina Pro Plan starter pack when you get your puppy. We recommend that you switch to the adult Pro Plan at five months. Occasionally a pup will have an allergy to the chicken – if this occurs, use the lamb and rice. If you find your pup has a sensitive stomach, switch to the salmon and rice for sensitive stomachs (available in both canned and dry food).
